Mozart’s operatic arias, originally written for castrati, continue to captivate audiences with their beauty, dramatic intensity and extraordinary technical demands. Performed by the young Czech countertenor Vojtěch Pelka, this programme offers music full of emotion, passion and elegance. Under the baton of Chief Conductor Vahan Mardirossian, the evening presents a selection of some of Mozart’s finest operatic masterpieces.
